Yes, I read the attribute sticky all 46 pages, the tutorials, and the book. I think everything is set properly, but still the attribute prices do not show.

I can't really tell, since you have your store set to Login For Price and Approval Required. I do know that if visitors have to login for pricing, they can't see attribute pricing either before the login.

Logged into site as customer, no pricing visible.

Bigger problem changed password and can no longer access admin for site. It does not work, nor does the old one. What to do?

Resolved the log in problem thank you!

Still no luck on making any pricing appear (product or attribute) logged into the site or not. Prices are input and visible in the input sections like product review, or price input for attributes.

Any advice?

Found post below and resolved price not showing problem.

Force registration/login prior to adding to cart
You could use the Customer Authorization and set to 3 ... :

Customer Approval Status - Authorization Pending
Customer must be Authorized to shop
0= Not required
1= Must be Authorized to Browse
2= May browse but no prices unless Authorized
3= Customer May Browse and May see Prices but Must be Authorized to Buy

It is recommended that Option 2 or 3 be used for the purposes of Spiders
