Default Making database small for moving site

I am updating/moving a site that has been running for more than four years and now has over 4,000 products and 5,600 customers. Where can I trim the fat for this move in database? I am sure the majority of my older orders have incorrect emails, contacts that are not employed by company that bought items and so on.

My PHP admin panel shows (110) next to database name.

I have the Search Log and Email archive module installed, I used them to delete all but last 30 days of emails and all but 7 days of search log entries.

I agree. I just moved my DB with 2500 products and it was less than 2.5mb of data. Adding in a few thousand customers and you're only looking at 10mb or so, right? Unless you have a super slow internet connection, I wouldn't sweat the extra seconds to import that file. :)
