Checkout_shipping returning blank

Have just finished upgrading to 1.39g, on a demo site still. Got everything working but the checkout_shipping page comes up blank. I've been using filezilla to copy everything across and re-copied the files again incase anything failed. The error code reads this:

Any ideas greatly appreciated. (I'm not that great with php)

You have a problem with the new files you uploaded. The error is giving you a hint where to look for the problem, I suggest you start there.

Thanks, have recopied over the whole of the includes directory and everything is working fine.
