want to use 3 shipping options but too much confusion please help

Hello All,

In my current online store FedEx & USPS shipping modules are already active, and if i enable freighquote.com then there will be three modules.

So my question is....

when customers go for checkout and they see three options obviously they will select the option which is cheap.

But if i want to make compulsory freightquote shipping option for particular items (more specific for Bulky items) and allow customer to choose any shipping option for my regular item then how i can do that? is there any way to do that.

I cannot use only FreightQuote as it is very costly for small products and same time i want to use FreightQuote for my bulky items.

Is there any one using shipping based on above given criteria? your info will help me to solve my problem as soon as.
