Configure Credit Card Processing

I am brand new to Zencart. Can someone point me to the location where I can figure out how to set this up? I have customers trying to purchase but I can't accept their payments. I would prefer to synch with my Quickbooks account but I am willing to use whatever. Looks like Authorize.net is the preferrred?

QB is not a payment processor though I believe Intuit offers a merchant account but have not seen anyone using it nor do I know their fees

Yse authorizeNet is one of the sounder gateways
