Hear about us addon not working for me

Well... I need this mod to work for purposes of keeping track of my advertising campaign.

However, I cannot get it to work.

I tried to sync it with my current content and that didn't work. Then I just installed it over my files and it still doesn't work.

It hasn't broken my website, thank God, but the only thing it tells me is a default choice of 'Other'.

I've made several test customers and chose Google for all of them, but it still comes up as other.

What's not working?

I'm having issues with getting the data to show up in the admin. All the options are there on sign up and even though they are being filled in (I have tested) they aren't coming through in admin.

How can I remove this addon?
