units of measure set to kgs and show lbs

I've edited the file 'shipping_units_php'
and I also changed two instances of lbs to kgs in 'english.php'

it shows-> Zone Rates (Shipping to CA (1 x 0.05lb(s))):

and the answer is:
edit the file 'zones.php' since that was the module where the discrepancy appeared

/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/override/zones.php
