[Duplicate] Product Descriptions/Titles Erased During Edits

Hi Zen Cart, it seems a random problem popped up. I did not alter anything since upgrading to the latest release maybe a month or two ago to v1.3.9h. I just now noticed this.

The only alterations to Zen Cart is the template.

The exact problem is that the product descriptions when I try to edit them are blank, as well as the products titles. All other information for products, such as the weight and pictures remain.

It does not matter which editor is used.

Category descriptions remain.

Most likely it's been covered somewhere in these forums, but a search didn't turn up anything. I'm probably not searching correctly. If anyone can point me in the right direction I appreciate it.

I'm having the same issue, never seen it before.

The language session variable is set to 1 and the title and description are in the database with the right language id. The product titles show in the product list but don't appear when I try to edit a product. I also noted that when I add a new product the description appears on the preview page but not the title although the titple and description are added to the database.

This is a brand new install, no plugins, no themes etc, 2 categories and 2 products.

The server I'm using has another zencart install but a much older version that is working perfectly.

Solution is to upgrade php, change some files to 1.3.8g or edit

/admin/functions/general.php,
/admin/includes/modules/product/collect_info.php,
/includes/modules/pages/shopping_cart/header_php.php
