Default Sales tax included in Out of state sales

    Hi to all,
I am having a problem setting up my tax to be applied only to in inside of the state sales. All sales outside of my state should be no tax. I tried everything but with no luck. Can someone tell me exactly how to set this up.

    Zen Cart Version is v1.3.9g

    Thanks
    Jovan

Thanks for the fast reply. I did follow the instructions and this is what I get at some point of checkout:

    Payment Method
We accept: Visa MC AmEx Discover

Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time.
Please contact us for alternate arrangements.

This is showing no meter if the buyer is from my state or from outside of the IL state. Is this some other setup not related to Tax?

    Thanks
