Missing edit options for payment modules

Somehow I lost the ability to edit my payment options. The column that allows 'install, enable, etc' is completely missing. Also, not all of the payment options are showing. Freecharger is enabled but I cannot turn it off because there is nothing right of the Action column.

Can someone help. This seems to only impact payment as I can edit other modules.

The directory:
/includes/modules/payment

is an auto loading directory ...

More than likely what is happening is that you have a backup file or a renamed file in that directory that is conflicting with another file ...

Another possibility is that you have copied the language file to the:
/includes/modules/payment

or the code file to the:
/includes/languages/english/modules/payment

Thanks for the info so far. Actually through process of elimination I have discovered that my issue is being caused by googlecheckout. I had added this based on the installation instructions and have now triple checked that I have the same dir/file structure as the original google download. If I temporarily rename the googlecheckout.php file then the rest of my payment options show up along with the install/edit option. I get an error saying that it's lookging for googlecheckout.php but when I change it back, most of my payment options including the install edit option goes away. Any ideas? Or do I have to take this to another thread related to google?

crap, finally figured it out. Seems to be working now with google.

I have the same problem with moneyorder.php

When i delete it, its ok, but when it is on the server, it dont show edit option.

Can i delete it, and somehow instal it again?
