I have a digital download store and have just moved hosts and had to completely reinstall my zencart (1.3.9d). All has been well apart from one customer from the US who says she can't purchase anything from my store as it keeps telling her that "we are not acceping payments from that area". When checking all previous purchases customers from the US have been able to purchase through my store so I don't understand why she can't!! Anyone have any ideas please.
