there seems to be something screwy with your template name
this is what shows up in the source code

the . in templates/./css is where the name of your template should be. what is the name of your template, as something is utterly faffed

If you switch to the Classic template, do it still look like this, or does it work right?
Did you make a custom template? If so, did you include the file includes/templates/CUSTOM/template_info.php, modified to include your custom templates' name?

also why is your stores canonical reference showing as

when your store appears to be in the root folder?

And I guess you DID purchase a dedicated IP and an SSL cert, and made SURE that all was working properly on your server, prior to enabling SSL in your Zen-Cart, right?

i am using a forwarded domain from another registrar, i purchsed the ssl under this domain my host said it would work . Do you think i should use another
