Im using v1.3.9h

I was surprised I couldn't find anyone else wating to achieve this.

My client has requested that they get an email whenever a new account is created containing all the info the customer has filled out when signing up.

I figured the easiest way to to this would be to edit the create account email but havn't had any success calling form inputs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
