I wish I could recreate the symptoms. Thus far I can't.

As a previous poster pointed out, these duplicate orders appear only when an FMF flag is triggered. I have just implemented WPP on my site this past week and started experiencing these duplicate orders immediately. After testing out a series of dummy orders, I can confirm that when no FMF's are triggered, no duplicate orders are created. When at least one FMF is triggered, a single duplicate order is created.

My WPP is configured for USA. If you have a chance, Dr. Byte, please let me know if you can take a look at it and replicate the issue. I think all it takes is simply putting through an order that triggers an FMF. I will also try out a vanilla 1.3.9h installation, with no addon modules, to see if the same issue happens with WPP. The reason I'm sticking to 1.3.9h is that I need to fully make sure that all the addons that I use for my site are fully compatible before making the upgrade to 1.5. I'm new to implementing WPP, but it looks like from the relatively small number of posts in the WPP subforum, that it's not a really widely used module. Thank you, I appreciate it.

Mysteriously...the duplicate orders have seemed to stopped, even on orders where an FMF is triggered.
