Hi,
I am using the latest version of zen-cart and up until yesterday all was going well, then I received an order to which no GST (sales Tax) was applied.
The customer ordered two items - and the tax was not applied to either item. I have been in and replicated the order this morning and was charged tax correctly and in admin both items have tax applied.
I only sell within New Zealand and only have one tax rate for all Zones within NZ. Both items are marked as taxable goods and are showing the correct prices.
As I said, I've had plenty of orders come through the site with no issues until yesterday, and I have not been able to replicate the issue when putting an order through for the same items myself.
I've also check the admin logs and it doesn't appear to have been any suspicious activity.
Any ideas on how this could of happened?
