    Default Can't set restrictions on any coupon

    I am running version v1.3.9h There must be something wrong with my Gift Certificate/Coupons as I am not able to add any restrictions of any kind to any coupon.

    When I ran OScommerce there was an option to set restrictions in the window where the coupons are created. I don't see anything like that at all so am wondering if something is not loaded properly?

    When I go to add restrictions on an existing coupon. No matter what I select for a category or whether or not I select deny or allow. When I click the add button it takes me right back to the admin/index.php and changes nothing in the coupon. Any idea what's going on?

    Is this a clean install of Zen Cart v1.3.9h or an upgrade?

    What version of php are you running?

    Are you using any add-ons?

    Are you getting any error messages or finding any debug logs in the:
    /cache

    directory on the server?

    Just went through PCI cert and we passed that and PHP version is. 5.2.4 Also don't have any of the other issues listed in post 6.

    Here is what is in the log.

    It's an upgraded install with no add on's

    Do you have any debug logs generated in your:
    /cache

    directory?

    I have not been able to reproduce the problem ... do you have any customizations or Add ons in the Admin?

    Is this a clean install of v1.3.9h or an upgrade?

    It's an upgraded install with no add on's

    No errors in the Chache

    Can you try reloading the files for the /admin and all subdirectories to rule out a bad, missing or corrupt file ...
