check box instead of quantity field for product listing

Hi everyone.
With the add multiple items to cart option in product listing, i would prefer a simple check box rather than the quantity option.
I am not sure how do do this.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

I am using the latest Zen version H.

What if a customer wants 2 or 3??

The products are collectible miniatures , so i would not be expecting multiples of the same piece too often.
[the option would be still there in the cart & prod description page]
But from a selling standpoint, you are probably correct.
It's only a small detail, but wanted to know how in case i decide
to do it that way.
