A product is visible on the shop, but not in the administrator panel

Hello,
I have this problem:

I can see a product in my shop, that is not visible in the administrator panel.
I don't have this product anymore, but people keep on buying it, and I can't delete it because I can't find it in the administrator panel.
My version of Zen Cart is 1.3.8a.

This can happen if the category that the product was in is deleted, but the product itself wasn't.

Unless you are using some kind of SEO module which changes the URL, you should be able to see the Product ID at the end of the URL. Use that to look up the Product within your Admin or by using phpMyAdmin.
