How to remove all customers and previous orders from database?

I am currently duplicating my website for another purpose. I needed to keep all the products and change the purpose of the store.

So I am on my to changing all my settings to fit our new needs, but I need to remove all the current customers and reset all orders in the database.

i have almost no knowledge about running SQL requests, and I am not too sure what to clear from my database, so I would greatly appreciate any help on how to proceed.
