How to remove "PP Express Checkout" box from checkout page?

I am using Paypal Express as my only payment module (zencart 1.3.9h), and have disabled the Paypal Express button because I thought it was confusing to have that button and the Go to Checkout button both showing. Now, when I am testing the checkout process and click Go to Checkout, I get the create account and login boxes as I should, but there is also a Paypal Express Checkout box which says if you want to go straight to paypal click the button below, but there is no button. I would like to get rid of this box, but cannot find the option in my FEC settings or PP Express settings. Anyone know how to fix this?

admin panel/ modules/ payment
click on the paypal express if you are using 139h there is a tick that you can elimate the icon from showing

Hey haredo! That's the thing, I did have the button checked to not show, it was the box that was still showing. I checked out the thread that siliconbug suggested, and was able to modify the file and the box isn't showing now! Thanks!
