Customers Basket, Product ID's

Hi All,

Never noticed this before until now.

What is the difference between entries in customers basket that have just the
product ID
say:
1672

and the ones that have
1672:6327c5106dd344594f629182f6e0712f

??

The longer number is used in the shopping cart to provide a unique id that references not only the product being purchased, but also the specific combination of attributes for each product.

This allows the cart to merge accurately new additions to the cart, or old ones already in the basket when a returning customer logs in again.

Hi kuroi
I'm trying to use the customer's basket to merge cart content from my WordPress site. Can I somehow replicate this string. I've merged the to carts however ZC will not load the products in the customers basket I inserted.
