Can't create an account after an upgrade to 1.3.9h

It seems that the issue is solved now.
The file includes/modules/create_account.php was not fully loaded via ftp and after replacing it, all seems working fine.

The funny thing was that there was no error referring to this kind of missing file or part of it (maybe because it was there but just not fully loaded).

What a job it was to find out this!

Ellivir, thanks for posting the fix.

A customer has just had exactly this problem on my site. I checked for includes/modules/create_account.php and it was completely missing! Uploaded it and it all works again.
