installing zen cart

I have downloaded zen cart (latest version); have obtained all the API information/signature; have upgraded Paypal to premier; downloaded version ends up on Dreamweaver; page looks foreign to me (I am not a computer saavy person when it comes to programs)

so now I don't know what to do. I want to get a cart loaded onto my jewelry site (created by iweb) and then upload the site to BlueHost.

Can anyone help me out there with installing for dummies please?? Thanks

First advice -- Lose Dreamweaver unless you are the world's greatest Dreamweaver guru.

Also, Zencart isn't intended to be a 'cart loaded on to your jewelry site'. It's meant to be your whole site in itself.
