    Hello Matthew

    I am still having issues getting this to work, I have checked and checked again I followed the instructions to the letter step by step, it all seem sfine in the admin panel but locks on step 3 of checkout with the message:

    WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.

    Every time I refresh the page I get the same error At a bit of a loss now what to do next....

    Thanks for that and apoligies for not using the forum search system

    I have looked in the log files and found the following error report:

    [30-Jan-2012 19:48:06] PHP Fatal error: 1146:Table 'canddjen_zenc328.zen_nochex_sessions' doesn't exist :: delete from zen_nochex_sessions where session_id = 'ad3e040999504bc87c149dd8da13d970' in /home/candjen/public_html/zencart/includes/classes/db/mysql/query_factory.php on line 101

    That seems to imply (sorry I am no expert) that one of the tables does not exist, I have had a look via PHPMyAdmin and am having trouble making head nor tale of what I see.

    Any pointers greatly appreciated

    Sounds like when you installed the addon that you didn't install the zen_nochex_sessions table into your database. I would imagine the installation instructions talk about that step.

    Hello Dr Byte

    Thanks for your replies with this, I was just coming back to say I have solved the problem, I did install the tables as per the instructions, when I installed Zen Cart I used table prefixes of zen_ the nochex database file I imported did not know this so never added the prefix to the 2 new tables, I added zen_ to both tables and hey presto works a charm :)

    Just a couple more tiny issues and hopefully tomorrow I can move it all to a live environment, bye bye OSCommerce yipheeeeeeeee :)

    I have an issue with Nochex on v1.5.

    If I put everything in test mode Zen & nochex everyting is fine. The order is processed e-mails sent and the details recorded in the database

    I put it to normal customer operation it takes the money but the customer order details are not copied to the zen cart database and the emails are not sent.

    I have looked at the Nochex log and the only diffeance I can see is that when everything works OK the date and time and the words "APC INFO - RESPONSE HTTP/1.1 200 OK Connection: close" appear after the word AUTHORISED on the line starting Cache-control:

    I have made the change to the Nochex URL suggested on their site.

    Any ideas?

    yep just installed it with no problems I've sent it for approval to the pluins section, are you sure your using the latest version

    Yep , had it confirmed by nochex first, Asked my developer to install it, No problems !!!!

    using latest version of zen cart and nochex module, All Good !!
