    Default Physical path is incorrect

Hi, i am trying to install zenacart on my new site, and i keep getting to this point "Physical path is incorrect" during setup.

    I have reinstalled twice.

i have checked to maksure index.php is in zc_install, and have replaced it 3 times.

Zencart tells me my physical directory is /home/my name/public_html/shop

which is correct , i have the latest version installed , just can't work it out

    HELP PLEASE.

To find out the full (and correct) pathway to the root of your domain do this:

    1. Create a new text document on your desktop and name it cwd.php. Ignore the warning about changing the file type.

    2. Put this code into it:
    <?php $p = getcwd(); echo $p; ?>
    3. Upload it to the root of your domain via FTP.

    4. Go to http://www.yourdomain.com/cwd.php via your browser and printed on the screen will be the full pathway to the root of your domain.

    5. Write down that pathway and then delete the cwd.php file from your hosting.

Who is the host for your website?
    Never hurts to call them...
If Godaddy you will have to call....
Is this a test site with a new folder on the root directory??

    Hi haredo,

I have called hosting company, they say it must be a bug in program. !

i don't believe that as i have read on forum people actually have it running .

My Zen set-up files are in "root" Public html folder, wondering should i have them in their own directory ?
