I am in the process of upgrading my site from 1.3.7 to 1.3.9h.
So far, the language packs testing has not worked. I have tried using the old 1.3.7 language pack ... as well as downloading and installing some language packs for 1.3.9.
Nothing worked. I get blank page with HTTP500 Internal Server Error, every time. This happens both to Catalog and Admin.
What are the necessary steps for me to perform, so that I can test again from scratch?
