I'm sorry if this has already been posted somewhere...I couldn't find it.
Is it possible to send a gift certificate to someone that does not yet have an account with my store?

admin -> gift certificate/coupon -> Send Gift Certificate To Customers
You can use either the dropdown
or you can enter an individual e-mail address.
