How would I edit the "Information" and "Categories" blocks?

How would I remove the "all products" and "new products" links in the categories block. I would Also like to edit the links in the "information" block. I know how to edit the pages, just not remove the links or edit the names.

Thanks, I was able to do it except for the links:

"Gift Certificate FAQ
Newsletter Unsubscribe"

There was no option to disable them.

Also, is there a way to add more menu options on the top part of my page? At the moment there is only "Home" and Log In". I would like to add "Register" and a few others.

Thanks it worked.

Another question, I have added the featured product block but it is not appearing. Is it because i need to setup a featured product first? How would I do this?

That is correct...

admin panel/ catalog/ featured products/ click new product and add one of your choice or many...

Thanks I have added some featured products. But they appear in the middle of my page too. I only want it to appear on the block. Not in the middle as well.

Also I cant seem to find the place to edit:

"Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution."

It is not in define_main_page. I also dont know where to edit the "TagLine Here" part.
