UPS and USPS Shipping

What version of Zen Cart are you using? v1.3.9h

Hi,

I am having shipping issues.

I am trying to figure out why my shipping is off on UPS
It shows:

It is not showing up at all. I have signed up for and have put my information in:

Have you contacted them and had your account moved to the production server?

Which is not right.

What specifically is not right?

I had previously contacted the production server.

I have a similar problem with 2 exceptions,
1. I installed the may 14th, 2011 update instead of the january 2nd.
2. I am in test mode and have not yet requested USPS to take me live.

What I find interesting is that the first time I tried using USPS (about a week ago) it showed up and I didn't even have a userid. I disabled it again because my client wanted to offer free shipping at the time. Now I can't re-enable it.

Can it be made to show in test mode? I have the userid installed now and will ask them to go live tomorrow. Is there something else going on though?

The test server is pretty wonky ... get your user id approved and use the production server ...
