I have recently had several customers contact me about corrupt files. My products are all downloadable products.
I checked the files, even downloaded them myself and they are all good. I contacted Bluehost and they told me 'This is strictly the user's connection and/or connection speed (assuming the file is of an appropriate size). I see nothing on the server or your account that would inhibit someone from downloading content from your website to their personal computer. '
All large downloads are broken down into smaller size files (no more than 30-40kb) yet many customers still complain that they receive empty or corrupt files. Everyone can't have a poor internet connection.
Any known reason for this? And does anyone have a resolution?
