Thank you for the reply.

I added the red code, went through the checkout and then issued a refund from the PayPal site. Nothing was different. The order still has no refund information. I took a screenshot of the before and after and both look identical.

I am not sure if it is anyway related but I have noticed that below the Trans. ID: on the order page all Paypal payments have a date of 0000-00-00 00:00:00. All Credit Card payments have a real date.
