I had a customer contact me and tell me that he cannot place his order with our store because the site tells him that we are not shipping to his region at this time. This customer lives in the same city as us, and on shipping zones we have it set to "none" both on USPS and UPS, we also have free shipping options enabled for products that have free shipping selected.
I just added a product that didn't have free shipping along with the "free shipping" product and now the rates work. Do I have to have the free shipping and free shipping options modules enabled when the only products in the cart are "free shipping"?
This is the first I have heard of this, and a couple months ago did a test check out and all worked fine, I am lost as to how to fix this. I already removed and reinstalled the USPS module, but nothing. Can anyone help me remedy this?
