Something strange is going on here. I'm currently doing the upgrade to my store and I set up a new clean folder, imported the DB, cleaned it up, installed the 1.3.9a version of ZC. Everything went great. All my items imported but I'm noticing some strange things happening. Mainly when I go to edit and item, I click on the item and all of a sudden I'm greeted with a page and the Item Name, Model Number and Products Description are blank! Where did they go? They should be there. Likewise, I re-entered the information, clicked on Preview and everything is there except the Product's Name! So you get a British flag but no headline next to it. Just the Product Description underneath and of course, the photo. What's going on here?

That's what Dr. Byte's link was for. The solution is to upgrade PHP tp at least v.5.2.3
