How to set another language in Zen cart?

Hi,
I'm newbye in Zen cart, and I have a question :
I installed on www.useprest.ro Zen cart and PureBlue template.
It has only English language, but I want to translate the template in Romanian... not the admin area, only the template.

What should I edit? How can I put another language on site, and the users can switch between RO and EN?

I think it's necessary to create an romanian folder in includes/language ... and there I should put the template and edit it?

I always create a test site first and load modules for testing.. Saves many headaches ..

Ok, I'm back with a little problem :

I decided that add twice the english language to my site, of course the second is in different folder language, etc ... because I want to edit the current one to Romanian, and the second that is currently English language, will remain in EN.

If you can observe on www.useprest.ro - in the right corner where you can switch between languages, default language is Romanian (is English I know, but this I'll edit to romanian) and in dropdown box is the English.

If you switch to ENGLISH language, you`ll observe an little error on my header.
How can i solve this problem?

LE : i reffer to : right corner : HEADER_SHOPPING_CART_EMPTY
and : in MENU : # TOP_MENU_FEATURED_PRODUCTS

I solved the problem.
I copied PURE_BLUE FOLDER - from root/includes/languages/english/pure_blue
to root/includes/languages/romana/
