When a customer pays with PayPal (standard or express), they get the following message:
"At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to Company ABC and try another option."
Does anyone know how to solve this?

When did this "start" happening?
When you contacted PayPal about the message that PayPal is displaying on the PayPal pages, what did PayPal say?.

I am using Zen Cart 1.3.9h. I believe it started today because I started receiving error notification e-mails today. I have not gotten a reply back from PayPal, but will update you once I do. I use the following modules:
