Auto Comment Templates for Order status

I cant seem to find a module that allows us to add comments automatically whenever we select an order status.

example if i select "Delivered" under comment it can reflect "goods delivered in good order." automatically.

is there anyway around it?

experts please assist

I think the (very old) PDF Order Center addon did something like that, although I think it was written for a much older version of Zen Cart. I don't recall whether anyone has updated it for the latest version (and it will need updating in order to work).

thanks for the reply...i am hoping for a newer solution as it will speed up my administration process
