Five-Level Quantity Discount Module

I have ZC v1.3.9h to which I wan to install the Quantity Discount addon that will allow 5 discount levels. The unzipped folder, quantity_discounts-1.11, I placed in the root of my store. When I log into admin and go to Modules > Order Total, I do not see 'Quantity Discount' as the instructions indicate listed with the other modules in Order Total.

My store root is not at the web host's root. For example, /content/boutique/ - where the boutique directory would be the root for my store. I hope someone else has tried this addon! I think it will be perfect for what I need ... if I can get it working.

Can anyone please tell me why I can not see the Quantity Discount module?
