show all categories and sub categories on each page

I tried searching for a solution but did not find anything. Looking to display all the categories and subcategories on every page.

I tried using the "Main Page - Opens with Category" but that only shows one category and not the sub categories.

Any suggestions?

Do you want them to list in the sidebox or in the center column? For the sidebox, you can use an expanded categories mod, or a flyout mod. I recommend fragfutter's Uncollapsed Categories Tree, available from his site or packaged with Categories Dressing.
