spreadsheet import export populate product category

Is there a good add-on to be able to import export by spreadsheet the product, description, category, price, etc. or is phpmyadmin the only way?

I have Easy Populate 1.2.5.4 and it helps import some fileds, but it seems very limited. There is no export, no configuration for which which fields being used or creteria. Is there any thing better?

It exports and imports all of the above into a csv file for import to a spreadsheet
