Banner in the Header postion 2 - How to change the position

Hi,

I'd like to change the position of the Banner #2 (header position2).
Currently the banner is shown on the main page (home page) in the central column. Above the banner are randomly chosen featured, new and special products (sorted in three columns). What I want to do is to swoop their positions and get the banner #2 just below the banner in the header position #1.
