I have installed Zen Cart v1.3.9h which has functioned well. Recently my client has reported the following behavior.
On overseas orders which require manual intervention(as in approvals for purchases) the product attribute is lost. This causes my client to email the customer for this information.
The product attribute are scheduled dates to attend training classes held in a variety of locales.
This is not the case with instances where manual intervention is not required and the attribute(s) are kept in the processed order(s).
