Contact page needs changing

Hi all i am trying to change my contact us to show a form as well the direct link to our email but am having a moment today.
I need to put the box in where a customer can type a message in with a question or anything else not just a click on link that opens outlook or another email program.
Any help would be greatly paareciated

This is confusing, as the default Zen Cart contact us page already has a form from which people can send you messages.

Maybe a link to your contact page would help us to understand what's happening on your site.

There is a complete contact form there, i can see it in the source code,

but your code is stuffed notice your footer isn't showing, its all there in the code but something in the code is broken and causing it to be hiddden.

I would suggest have a very close look at the stuff you have added to the page
