Default Setting up PayPal on website

I am not sure if this is in the right place. I am trying to set up paypal through my website but not sure what paypal to use.

I am new to having a paypal account.

Also is there any way of adding something to the invoice that say 'postage rate to be confirmed'

    Thanks

    Tanja

You set it up in admin > modules > payment > paypal express

But also need some data from PayPal to do so
