Change size of Featured products on main page

Hello Zenners,
I started building a new store for a buddy 6 months ago and finally got time to fine tune it. Much progress has been made but I am now stuck on a couple points.

First one is this: I'd like to have three products per row in the Featured Prods section of the main page. I'm using the pure_aqua template and 1.3.9h. I've checked the forums and tried to resolve this through the admin, but that seems to have no effect. Wondering if the template I am using is causing me this grief or if its just not possible? site is modernhealthcoach.com. Any help much appreciated. Thanks in advance - you guys ROCK!
