myDEBUG-1309527440-305733.log has the following
[01-Jul-2011 09:37:20] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /home/35/d35903/htdocs/laworld/includes/classes/ssu/core.php on line 10
Clearly you have a problem with your addons. There's no "ssu" folder in original Zen Cart files.

is this a server issue or the mod?issue is with the PHP Memory trying to allocate on the server. For Shared Hosting Packages, PHP Memory is set to 30MB. If you check the logs file, you will get the following error below.
PHP Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 15990784) (tried to allocate 19922944 bytes) in /homepages/35/d3590327/htdocs/m
eds/includes/classes/seo.url.php(1131) : eval()'d code on line 21846
also debug shows
PHP Warning: session_start() [<a href='function.session-start'>function.session-start</a>]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /homepages/35/d3590327/htdocs/meds/fix_cache_key.php:43) in /homepages/35/d3590327/htdocs/meds/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 114
appreciate your help
The memory issue you mentioned is in relation to an attempt to use seo.url.php ... which seems to be part of the ssu mod, which I already mentioned previously appears to be your problem.
The other message, related to fix_cache_key.php is normal and harmless. While undesirable and confusing when it shows in your logs, it's safe to ignore that particular error message when using that particular file. And, since you only ever use that thing once on your site after moving it, it's harmless.

I also have another issue Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 26476544) (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in /homepages/XX/d352137/htdocs/meds/includes/classes/db/mysql/query_factory.php on line 476
When I try to edit a product.. What can be causing this, is this server related?
thanks
Yes, PHP "out of memory" errors are a problem with your server configuration. Talk to your host.
