FOOTER: IP Address and Copyright on same line?

Greetings All! First time poster working with a fresh install of v1.3.9h and a custom template. Just curious:

Regarding the FOOTER: What file would I need to edit to get the "Your IP Address is..." and the "Copyright..." on the same line and then center it? As you all know, it's currently aligned left and on two separate lines.

With the thousands of threads and posts here, every search term I enter returns pages and pages of results, and I can't seem to narrow it down enough to get a simple, straightforward answer. It couldn't be that complicated; I just don't know what template file to look at.

Anyone have a clue? Anyone? Bueller?
