Is there a module for the Nigerian Currency???

You don't need a module. All currencies are selected and configured in the admin panel - try the tab that says LOCALISATIONS, then select currencies.

Then click NEW CURRENCY.

The ISO CODE for Nigerian Naira is NGN .
