Shopping Cart page error

Hi All,
I recently noticed that I could not use the shipping estimator as a list. I can use it as a button with no problems but when I turn on the list shipping estimator from the admin, my footer disappears and I get the following error message in the cache folder:

[05-Jul-2011 13:20:14] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class shipping in /home/jjtom/public_html/includes/classes/shipping.php on line 185

Can anyone point me in the right direction how I can fix this issue.

Sounds like a duplicate, backup file or the code file is also in the language directory ...

Go to your Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... and in the bottom input box enter:
class shipping

Select Catalog ... and click search ...

What files come up?

Line #19 : class shipping extends base {

I only get one result and its the above.

Switch to the Classic Template ... does the error stop happening?

Are you using any kind of Add Ons?

What version Zen Cart are you running?

I am using 1.3.9h and switching to classic template does fix the problem.

I have Fast and Easy AJAX Checkout installed.

Your add on and/or template is breaking things ... see if that helps ...
