Lightbox issue

Hi,

I've installed Image Handler 3 onto a Zen custom template from Template monster. Image handler works fine but my large images no longer display in the custom lightbox, I just see the spinner. The template seems to use a simple ligthbox which they call darkbox.

Does anyone know how I would go about resolving my issue with the existing lightbox? Or, is it worth me hacking it out and installing the Zen Lightbox?

The product vendor will not support as I'm using a third party add-on.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

No one will be able to debug a TM template. You can try to hire someone to try to fix the issue. But you probably won't find Free help for TM, at least not on this forum.

Image Handler is freely available, so your product vendor could look at it if they chose to.

TM templates aren't free and most of the people using Zen Cart seriously won't touch them and therefore have no knowledge of how they've implemented their features, so can't really help you.

The best guess I could make is that TM put the javascript in the wrong place, so when you added Image Handler, TM's javascript stopped working. But that's a complete guess.

Looks like I'm going to have to uninstall image handler, which is a shame...

For similar functionality, admin side, try Image Manager.

I don't believe that touches the store side and so eliminates the risk of clashes such as the one you've experienced.
