Cannot disable specials with an available date (1.3.9h)

It's currently not possible to disable a special when it has an available date set (and the expiry date either blank or complete).

Is it correct for the dates to override the disabled/enabled status of a special? If so, that doesn't seem logical to me.

Dates will override the status but you should be able to set an available date to the future and the expiry date to blank and the Special will be disabled ...

What date are you entering and how are you typing it?

What version Zen Cart are you using, as in is this a clean install or an upgrade?
